We currently ship to UK addresses only. This helps us reduce emissions, simplify logistics and keep things manageable as a small, independent studio.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Orders are sent 48-hour tracked via Royal Mail.

Single cards and small orders (like 1–2 cards or up to 4 sheets of gift wrap) are sent flat in rigid, letterbox-friendly envelopes. Larger wrap orders (5+ sheets) are rolled and shipped in robust triangular cardboard ‘tubes’ to prevent creasing. Everything is packed plastic-free. Orders over £50 qualify for free UK delivery — we’ll still roll gift wrap if included.

Sustainability is central to what we do:

• All products are printed in the UK on FSC-certified paper
  
• Our wrapping paper and cards are shipped without plastic sleeves
  
• We avoid so-called "compostable" plastics that don't always break down as claimed (i.e. have to be sent to an industrial composting facility, rather than being compostable at home)
  
• Our postal packaging is fully recyclable and kept to a minimum

Yes - if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, please email hello@palp.co with your order details.
