All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, make changes to product pricing, or withdraw items at any time.

We’ve made every effort to display products accurately, but colours may vary depending on your screen.

4. Orders and Payment

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and contact information. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. We aim to dispatch orders promptly but are not responsible for postal delays once your item has left our premises. Full details can be found on our Shipping and Returns page.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days under our Returns Policy. Items must be unused and in original condition. Refunds are issued once the return is approved and received.

We do not accept returns on gift cards or items that have been written on or used.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, text, and branding — is the property of Palp and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Your Information

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect and use your personal data.

9. Liability
