We hope you’re delighted with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to put it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused and undamaged — and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please do not return anything without contacting us first — we’ll provide instructions and the correct return address.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if it is damaged or incorrect. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Items we can’t accept back

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Greeting cards or wrapping paper that have been used or written on
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap your item, please request a return and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 working days, please contact us.
